Payment
We only accept SGD$. Payment can be made either via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer.

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders can only be made before payment is made. As we place our orders according to our buyer's orders.
Therefore, any cancellation/refunds request after we received the payment will not be entertained.


Exchange or Refund

We don't hold any responsible for items that lost in normal postage.

Registered mail is highly recommended. ^ ^

We always ensure that we send out orders in the best conditions.

There might be a slight difference in the colour shown in the pictures due to different computer and different resolution.
However, we can assure you that the products are 98% true to what is in the pictures.

No refund is to be made if the goods is damanged during posting. Customers have to bear responsible for the possibility of goods loss.

In-Stock items

All items are sold on a first-come-first serve basis. Items will be reserved for a maximum of 3 days after confirmation.

Pre-Order Items

Orders will be processed on the 15th and 30th of every month.

Once you have made your order, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours. Upon receipt of the invoice, kindly make your payment within 48 hrs without which your order will be disregarded.

We will update the status of orders on this site. Please visit our site frequently for these updates.

The entire waiting period will be approximately 1-4 weeks after our Pre-Order end. (1 week for us to send the money to supplier, 1 weeks for our supplier to sort the items, 1 week for our supplier to send the items to Singapore and 1 week buffer{optional}).

If the item which you have ordered is Out Of Stock (OOS) and has stopped production, we will notify you immediately and give you a full refund for that item.

The correct way of handling your eyelashes. And also to keep your eyes clean and safe.


How to Choose False Eyelashes
Zoom in on the occasion that you need the fake eyelashes first.
If its for a glam night out or a hot date, consider those with glitter, diamante and even feathers.
If it’s for a day in the office, choose those without any adornments in black or brown colour.
After you’ve decided on that, decide what look you want your fake eyelashes to help you achieve.

Want your eyes to look bigger and rounder?
+Choose fake eyelashes that are longer in the centre.

Want a more sexy look eyes?
+Choose designs that are longer at the outer corner that can elongate your eyes.

If you have sparse eyelashes, consider fake eyelashes that are criss-cross in design.

These will help create fuller looking eyelashes. If your natural eyelids are thick and puffy, go for fake eyelashes that are longer.



How to apply False Eyelashes
You will need:
A pair of sharp scissors
A tweezers
An eyelash adhesive
An eyelash curler
An eyelash applicator (optional)
An eyeliner (optional)
A mascara (optional)


(STEP 1)A tweezers
Remove your false eyelashes from the tray with a pair of tweezers gently and flex the eyelash band.


(STEP 2)A Pair of Sharp scissors
Try on with your fake eyelashes by puting the whole fake eyelash to your eye and gauge the length.
If the fake eyelashes are too wide for your eyes, trim the outer corner to the length you desire.


(STEP 3)Apply Eyelash adhesive
Apply a few drops of eyelash adhesive to the lash band.
Do not apply the adhesive directly to your eyelids.
Wait a few seconds for the adhesive to become tacky/abit dry.


(STEP 4)Using Eyelash applicator (optional)
Position your fake eyelashes along your eyelash base by using the help of the applicator, beginning at the inner corner of the eye.
Press gently across the entire fake eyelash.


(STEP 5)Using eyeliner (optional)
Apply your eyeliner on your eyelid. If possible try to make it smooth as to cover the lash band.
This will help the fake eyelash band disappear into your eyelash base better and appear more natural and your eyes will look bigger!


(STEP 6)Using mascara (optional)
If you wish to make your fake eyelashes to look more real and natural on your beautiful eyes,
you can apply mascara on your natural eyelashes as well as fake eyelashes to blend the colour and make them look more natural.
I will always apply mascara on my own eyelashes, also my fake eyelashes as to add some volume to make my eyes looks bigger.
At the same time, it also darken amd thicken my eyelashes to look more perfectly interesting and beautiful.


(STEP 7)Using eyelash curler (optional)
Gently curl your natural eyelashes with an eyelash curler.
I don't use eyelash curler as the fake eyelashes are naturally curled! =)
Because if you were to press too hard on your eyelashes, it may damages your lovely lashes.

How to remove Fake Eyelashes
To remove fake eyelashes, use a cotton ball soaked with warm water to soften the glue and gently peel off from the inner corner of the eyes.
It is important to be gentle and not peel off your own eyelashes in the process.


How to take care of your Fake Eyelashes
After removing your false eyelashes, wash off any mascara or eyeliner with warm water.
Pat them dry and place them back on the eyelash tray.
You will find that you will be able to re-use them for many times if you take proper care.
And it gets easier to re-use the fake eyelashes as you do not have to trim them anymore.
